Sally Aitchison

Sally has been playing the piano since the age of 6 and having developed a love of music at her Coventry school, went on to study music at The University of Nottingham. She is currently a music teacher at a local primary school where she not only teaches but actively promotes singing through directing a number of different junior school choirs – including a Boys’ Choir! To keep herself busy, Sally also teaches the piano privately at her home and around Christmas time each year directs a wonderful mixed choir that performs at a local carol concert.

Having had a long association with The City of Coventry Male Voice Choir (16 years and counting!), with the majority of her time spent as Principal Accompanist, she was delighted to be asked two years ago to become the Assistant Musical Director for the choir.

Dan Duveen

Dan joined as Assistant Accompanist in Jan 2013. He is now the Accompanist having been promoted at the beginning of 2014.

Dan also accompanies Village Voices, a ladies choir based in Wolston, Rugby.  He is also the Organist at St Michael’s Church in Coventry.  As a change from the keyboard he plays the drums for Spooky Wagons, an indie/folk band.

Dan was educated at Coventry University where he studied Music Performance.
